As the UK’s foremost government-funded Traffic Management, Ofsted rated GOOD, training provider, we stand proudly at the forefront of excellence, specialising in the delivery of premium Employability and Traffic Management programmes all driven by a steadfast commitment to employer/client-led initiatives. 

Our reach extends beyond the West Midlands, encompassing a diverse array of contracts that resonate with our comprehensive training programs.

At Vocation Training, we don’t just talk about excellence; we achieve it. Our enviable track record boasts an almost 72% success rate where our participants/learners transition into the workforce, securing sustained employment upon completing our training. Our partnerships are integral to our success: we work with 14 Traffic Management companies and preferred agencies offering full wrap-around 360 degree support.

But our dedication doesn’t end there. At Vocation Training, we champion inclusivity and opportunity. We’ve honed our expertise in supporting a wide spectrum of individuals, including NEETS (those not in education, employment, or training), the long-term unemployed, women seeking career growth, formerly incarcerated individuals seeking a fresh start, and dedicated returners to the workforce.

At Vocation Training, we are on a mission to ensure equal access to opportunities for all. We understand that every person is unique, and we take pride in our ability to move individuals closer to attaining their work aspirations by not only enhancing their existing skills but also cultivating new ones.

Through our hard work we have been prime contractors for notable initiatives, including the Black Country Impact, across all four boroughs and districts, and West Midlands Combined Authority contracts. In addition, we have successfully secured contracts from the Education and Skills Funding Agency, and have worked with independant partners including Talent Match, Maximus, Serco, DWP and the West Midlands Probation Services aiding learners furthest from the labour market, breaking down real and perceived barriers, and enabling us to positively impact the lives of more than 1300 individuals over the past five years.

Additionally, we offer a personalised and tailored recruitment service to our valued employers, ensuring our participants are trained and matched appropriately. We believe our success is rooted in our deep understanding of the distinct core needs and wants of both our employers and participants so we are able to match people successfully and place them into work within the Traffic Management industry.
